SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Our goal :Is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2–5 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
International delivery usually takes about 10–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Also if you order multiple quantity orders, all items may not all arrive at the same time. We may ship out items in your order as soon as they have been processed instead of waiting till the entire order is complete. We use this shipping method to ensure the quickest delivery times possible!
There is a 35% restocking fee on any returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges OR the customer can choose to have the full value, not including shipping and taxes, applied to a Gift Card. This is not negotiable due to our “made to order”, process. Once a customer places an order, we manufacture, and then fulfill. Your order is a binding contract which dictates to us to make what you as a customer want to receive. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
